Se7en by David Fincher (1995)
Rating: 9
This is one of my favourite films of all time. The film stars an array of popular actors at the time and to this day with Brad Pitt, Morgan Freeman, Gwyneth Paltrow and Kevin Spacey. Se7en has a complex yet straightforward concept and dives into the human psyche and sins that we make in our day to day lives and explores the seven deadly sins; gluttony, greed, sloth, wrath, pride, lust and envy.
One of the things that I like about Se7en is its mysterious ‘villain’ that is even more sinister than we believe after seeing his stomach-turning acts through-out the film because he is nameless and faceless for over half of the runtime. To further create this illusion of the unknown, David Fincher left out John Doe and his actor Kevin Spacey from all promotional material and credits on the film.

Side note – why do these blog posts have to be under 150 words? I think it is limiting and you don’t really get much insight from this little amount of words.
It doesn't have to be 150 words, that was an error on the powerpoint. It's a minimum of 150. You can write as much as you feel would be good.
